CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
- In order to participate in the activities of SCOReD2024, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference.
- Each registration covers ONE (1) paper (only 1 presenter attending the conference) with a limit of 6 pages per paper. Each additional page will incur an additional fee of USD40 per page.
- Payments of conference registration fees must be made by 2nd December 2024, otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (EARLY BIRD/ NORMAL)
- Normal/Student registration fee (Early Bird/ Normal) includes:
- a set of conference kit
- admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunches
- conference gala dinner
- an e-certificate (presenter/participant)
- Non-Presenter/Listener Participant registration fee includes:
- a set of conference kit
- admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunches
- an e-certificate (participant)
- gala dinner can be added by registering it for the fee of MYR 220 (USD 50)
EARLY REGISTRATION (EARLY BIRD)
Authors who make their payment by 18 November 2024 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE MEMBER REGISTRATION
IEEE members will receive a discount on the SCOReD2024 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile for IEEE membership) and bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
STUDENT RATES
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email the scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ to 2024scored@gmail.com. Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification.
NO-SHOW AND ORIGINALITY POLICY
Please note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW.” The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their papers from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event. Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that any payments made for this conference are NON-REFUNDABLE.
CERTIFICATE
All presenters will receive a copy of CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION and CERTIFICATE OF PRESENTATION. However, for non-presenter participants, a copy of the CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION will be given one week after the conference. Please note that all certificates will be emailed to you based on your provided email address in the registration form.
