Special Discount for Authors from the Maldives
We are pleased to offer a 50% discount on regular conference fees for authors based in the Maldives, thanks to the generous support of the IEEE Maldives Subsection. This discount applies to both in-person and virtual participation. We encourage local researchers and academics to take advantage of this opportunity to present their work at ICEIDT 2025.Additional Paper Fee Policy
Participants submitting additional papers are subject to the following conditions:
1. Participants must register and pay the normal fee before submitting additional papers.
2. A maximum of two (2) additional papers may be submitted per participant.
3. Only one (1) presenter is permitted to attend and present the additional papers.
4. Each participant will receive only one (1) conference kit, regardless of the number of additional papers submitted.
This policy ensures fair access to conference resources while accommodating additional submissions.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
- For participants, registration fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD) using credit cards via the EDAS ICEIDT2025 registration website at EDAS.
- ICEIDT Finance Chair (iceidt2025-chair@edas.info). Failure to do so may result in a delay in registration confirmation. Payments made are NOT refundable.
