Title
From Tradition to Transformation: Shaping the University of the Future
Abstract
Modern universities are evolving rapidly—no longer defined solely by their organizational structures, but by the complexity of their missions, the breadth of their impact, and the scale of the challenges they face. In this keynote, we will examine the university as both a subject of strategic management and a platform for transformation—spanning from institutional leadership to the departmental level. We will explore global trends reshaping higher education, emerging models of governance, and innovative academic architectures. Most importantly, we will address a central question: What role must the university play in shaping the Future of Education—and in educating for the Future itself? As we define the contours of University 4.0, we aim to envision a model that is more agile, inclusive, and aligned with the demands of a rapidly changing world.
